How do you guarantee the security of my credit card information?

Once your order is complete you credit card details are deleted permanently from our server.
How can I tell if my order has processed successfully?
You will receive an email order confirmation. You can also check your order status by logging on to your account and clicking on ‘order status’.
How soon can I expect my order?
We despatch your order the same day it is received. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.
In some cases where rural delivery is required delivery may take an additional day.
How much do you charge for freight?
All orders are processed in New Zealand dollars.
We use
reputable couriers and each parcel is sent using a track and trace system with signature required upon delivery.
Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm.
Delivery in New Zealand in usually
within 5 working days of receipt of your order. This includes rural delivery and PO Boxes.
For New Zealand customers the following charges apply:

What if the product is out of stock?
If the product you wish to buy is out of stock instead under the quantity window it will show "out of stock" in orange. This will mean you are unable to purchase the product and will need to contact us before proceeding further. Where possible further details about its availability will also be included at the bottom of the product description. You can also email us directly to find out more information.
You will not be charged for any out of stock items.

Do your OiOi Baby Bags have a warranty?
Yes, every OiOi Designer Baby Bag comes with a 12 month warranty.
If your bag suffers any manufacturing defect during this time Fine Lines will happily replace it for you at our expense.
