We take pride in the beautiful quality of all our baby products. Every item has been thoroughly checked before being despatched.
Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you're not, please return your item or items unused, in original packaging and condition to us within
14 days of date of purchase and we will
refund or exchange them,
no questions asked.
Goods purchased are to be returned to Fine Lines at your expense, however if products are faulty we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage.
We will gladly offer you a refund, replacement or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase if the product we sent you was:

suffered a manufacturing defect

damaged in transit
Goods must be unused and in original condition.
Our returns policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used or damaged in any way.
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our warehouse, if shipping damage occurs during transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving your product(s) and we will gladly work with you to have the merchandise returned or replaced or refunded. Please keep all original packaging materials.
